Ann Marie Oman joined Manhattan Resources in 2008 with over 10 years of recruiting experience. She began her recruiting career with Amerada Hess working from their corporate headquarters in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

Ann Marie expanded her recruiting skills in various industries with The Asher Group as a Contract Recruiter. She completed assignments with companies such as Pearson Learning, Tiffany & Company, & Quest Diagnostics. Her last assignment through The Asher Group was with ADP (Automatic Data Processing, Inc.) where she accepted a full time position as a Recruiter. Due to her strength in recruiting, she was promoted to a Sr. Recruiter role. She was an integral part of the significant national growth of ADP’s time & labor management division for both their major & national account market segments.

A 1998 graduate of St. John’s University in New York she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree Summa cum laude in business. She was a member of the International Honor Society & President’s List. In 2008 she received her AIRS CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) Certification.

Ann Marie & her husband welcomed their first child in 2008.
